Kelsey J. Hickman
Senior Associate Attorney
Kelsey is an East Bay Area native and graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Mass Communications and Journalism studies.
Kelsey returned to the Bay Area to attend law school at Santa Clara University, School of Law, where she received multiple academic achievements, including the Witkin Award for finishing first in her Negotiations class. In May 2019, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Juris Doctorate.
Kelsey has practiced family law exclusively throughout her career, assisting clients in various areas including child and spousal support, property division, and custody and visitation issues, as well as domestic violence restraining orders. Prior to joining Foster Hsu, LLP, Kelsey worked at the largest family law firm in Northern California from 2018 to 2024, advancing from law clerk to Senior Associate Attorney. Kelsey joined Foster Hsu, LLP as a Senior Associate Attorney in April 2024.
